Dinny received her license in January of 1992 working with her husband Rich Harter at Boice Countryside Realtors. Dinny Harter has been a successful name in the Truckee real estate community since the beginning of her real estate practice. Her hard working, sincere business ethics and knowledge of homes and construction procedures got her a top position in statistics in the real estate world. Today you will get to know her as Dinny Evans. Dinny and Rich ended their marriage in May of 2008 and have been successful at maintaining their business partnership as co-owners of Pacific Crest Properties. Dinny returned to her maiden name of Evans, but with so many years and transactions behind her, she certainly answers to the Harter name. Dinny and Rich’s daughter Megan has changed her name as well, Megan Jitloff. Dinny and Megan work together as transaction business partners.
